About Dennis
Dennis Frankeberger joined Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in 2015 as a Partner.
Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Dennis specializes in business consulting and planning as well as business valuations, fraud and embezzlement investigations and expert witness engagements.
His career includes positions at Coopers & Lybrand and Moss Adams, as well as co-founding and co-owning Frankeberger Vausher + Company, a full service CPA firm. While at Coopers & Lybrand and as a senior partner at Moss Adams, Dennis developed a distinguished consulting background. His diversified business experience includes dealerships, distribution, construction, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and forensic services, including embezzlement investigations. Dennis has extensive experience in the area of business valuations and damage calculations, and has served as an expert witness on numerous occasions.
Dennis is a member of the California Society of CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a life member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dennis is the past chairman of the Board of Advisors at the Leventhal School of Accounting and a board member to Marshall School of Business’ Student Leadership Council, University of Southern California.
