Steven J. Dzida, Esq.

Mr. Dzida’s practice emphasizes planning, negotiating and documenting commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of real estate developments and planning and development of commercial and residential common interest subdivisions. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School and received his M.B.A. from the University of Utah. Mr. Dzida has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1974.
